Return & Refund Policy – SleepEase
At SleepEase, we believe that better sleep means better relationships — and we stand behind the effectiveness of the SleepEase Pro 2.0 with our 100-Night Risk-Free Trial.
💤 How Our Trial Works
We encourage all customers to try the SleepEase Pro 2.0 consistently for at least 30 nights. Based on clinical results and customer feedback, this is the minimum usage needed to fully experience the benefits.
If after 30 nights of use, you don’t notice any improvement in your snoring or sleep quality, we’ll honor a full refund — no questions asked (well, just a few helpful ones to better understand your experience).
📩 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@get-sleepease.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• A few quick details about your experience (this helps us improve and assist faster)
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return shipment. You’ll send your SleepEase Pro 2.0 back to the address we provide at that time.
📝 Important: Return requests must be made after at least 30 days of use, and within 100 days of receiving your order.
⚖️ Can’t Ship it Back?
If you're unable or unwilling to return the product, you may still qualify for a 50% refund as part of our satisfaction-first guarantee.
⚠️ A Few Notes on Returns
• Refund requests are only valid after at least 30 nights of consistent use, and must be submitted within 100 days of receiving your order.
• To qualify for a full refund (100%), the following conditions must be met:
• The original product box must be included
• All unused patches must be returned inside the box
• The SleepEase Pro 2.0 must be in working condition
• If the device is returned without the original packaging or missing patches, the refund will be capped at 80% of the original payment.
• If the device is returned non-functional or damaged beyond normal wear, we reserve the right to deny the full refund or apply a partial refund depending on the condition.
✅ Used patches do not need to be returned — only the unused ones must be included with your return.
💳 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your return and you haven’t received your refund, please email support@get-sleepease.com.
