At SleepEase, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find all the information regarding our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location within the United States.
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. External factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons may occasionally impact delivery times.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate or free shipping depending on current promotions. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays and Lost Packages
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, SleepEase is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package seems lost or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy

SleepEase is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.
